Refund Policy
PriceGate is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. All payments are processed by Whop, our merchant of record, under the policies set out below.
1. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your PriceGate subscription at any time through your Whop dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the PriceGate indicator until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Digital Product Disclosure
PriceGate provides immediate access to a digital product (the PriceGate TradingView indicator and any included educational materials). Because access is granted instantly upon subscription, all sales of digital products are generally considered final. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital good and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
3. Refund Requests
While PriceGate is non-refundable by default, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances at our sole discretion:
- A duplicate or accidental charge (e.g. you were billed twice for the same billing period).
- A technical issue that prevented you from accessing the PriceGate indicator for the entire billing period and that we were unable to resolve.
- Other circumstances required by applicable consumer protection laws.
To request a refund, email us at pricegatetrading@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the charge in question. Please include your Whop receipt or order ID and a brief description of the issue. Refunds, when granted, are processed back to the original payment method through Whop.
4. Failed Trades Are Not Grounds for Refund
PriceGate is a charting tool for educational purposes. It does not place trades, recommend trades, or guarantee any particular outcome. Losses sustained while trading — for any reason — are not eligible for refund. By subscribing you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with trading and that your trading decisions are solely your responsibility.
5. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at pricegatetrading@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved within 24 hours. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in the permanent termination of your PriceGate subscription and a ban from future PriceGate purchases.
6. Subscription Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You will be charged the then-current price on the renewal date until you cancel. We will not refund a renewal charge solely on the basis that you forgot to cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
